Passengers can cancel booked tickets directly from their personal dashboard up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Cancellation requests made less than 12 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed back to the traveler's digital CeyBus Wallet instantly. If the ticket was paid using an external payment method (when local gateways are active), processing times may vary between 3 to 7 working days depending on the bank.
Standard service charges or booking convenience fees paid at the time of reservation are non-refundable. Cancellations made inside the eligible window are subject to a 10% operator cancellation penalty, and the remaining 90% is refunded.
If you join a trip waiting list and choose to withdraw before a seat is allocated to you, a 100% full refund of any deposit is credited back to your digital wallet immediately with zero service fees.
In the event that a trip is cancelled or delayed by more than 2 hours by the bus operator, passengers are entitled to a full 100% refund, including all service fees.
